ABOUT NIZHONI BAKERY
Nizhoni Bakery is a purveyor of the most delicious and unique sugar confections in the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area.
Nizhoni Bakery specializes in creating one-of-a-kind desserts for special events, business meetings, and marketing. While we could stamp out bulk batches of baked goods to have on hand, we like to take the time to customize each order for our clients to make their specific ideas come to life in small batches. Presently, we are made-to-order only and bake from our commercial (and ACHD inspected/permitted) kitchen located in Carnegie, Pennsylvania.
We pride ourselves on being the ORIGINAL BAKERY in Pittsburgh to offer Surprise Cupcake Delivery! In the same way you could order someone flowers to send special sentiment, you can now send cupcakes!
Our bakery does not have a pick-up location since the basis of our business is to bring all of the deliciousness to you at your convenience. We are happy to offer in-home tastings, cookie decorating parties, classes, and on-site set up for dessert catering. Our number one goal is to make your life as delicious and easy as possible.
No idea is too crazy for Nizhoni! Get in touch with Creative Baker, Danielle Skiles, to start bringing your ideas to life! We look forward to starting a relationship with you and providing the finest sugar cookies, cakes and cupcakes available in Pittsburgh.

About Creative Baker Danielle Skiles
Danielle has always loved baking. From the time she was three and could climb on the counter to "help" her mom, she fostered her sweet tooth by coming up with concoctions of all sorts. Her first job was as a Bakery Assistant at Trax Farms Market where she learned about bulk pastry baking and finishing. She then became employed as a Bakery Assistant at Giant Eagle where they taught her about cake decorating and the details of running a bakery. She's taken classes from professionals and spent hours practicing her craft and is delighted to finally turn her passion into a profession.
She attended The University of Pittsburgh and Community College of Allegheny County to obtain an Associates of Arts in General Studies concentrating in Media and English Writing, graduating in the winter of 2013. Since, she has been employed as a nanny and freelance curve and promotional model which has allowed her to travel to cities such as New York, Cleveland, Philadelphia, and Morgantown.
When she's not baking, Danielle can be found most often volunteering for Urban Impact Foundation as a coach and mentor, spending time with family and friends, and working out . She also is an advocate for civil and human rights as a member of both the National Eating Disorder Awareness STAR program and the NAACP and has worked with March of Dimes and the Pregnancy Resource Center of the South Hills.
